PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Sodium hyaluronate 25 mg/ml, L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, glycine, L-lysine HCL, sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate, water.
RegenerHA is intended for use in treating post-surgical wounds in the oral cavity, including those resulting from mucogingival and bone regeneration surgeries, as well as after dental extractions. Its purpose is to diminish swelling, alleviate pain, prevent lockjaw, accelerate the healing process, and minimize the risk of wound infections.

It is composed of a high molecular weight (3,000,000 D.) bacterial-derived hyaluronic acid and a group of key amino acids: L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, Glycine and L-lysine HCl. This formula finds application in various scenarios in the oral cavity due to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a molecule naturally present in human tissues that plays a crucial role in regulating moisture and stimulating the healing process. Combined with the essential amino acids included in the formulation of the new Tekoral's invention, it creates an optimal environment for cell proliferation, collagen synthesis and regeneration of damaged tissues.
Oral tissues require targeted healing solutions, such as in gum recessions or after tooth extraction. TissueRegen works in harmony with the unique needs of this region through mechanisms of action that synergize to promote rapid recovery.
To test the wound repair ability of TissueRegen, a wound healing test was conducted in collaboration with the Federico II University of Naples.
Polymers such as hyaluronic acid can affect both cells and the extracellular matrix, accelerating the wound healing process. By evaluating three different compositions (linear HA, cross-linked HA, and HA with amino acids), the effect on wound closure shows a significantly greater impact.
In the experiments conducted, It maintained the viability of gingival fibroblasts and enhanced their proliferative and migratory abilities.
It also increased the expression of genes encoding collagen type III and transforming growth factor-β3, which are characteristic of wound healing without scar formation. this formula also enhanced the expression of pro-proliferative and pro-migratory factors in gingival fibroblasts, with an opposing effect on the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2 and 3, potentially mediated by the induction of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
The use of our products in patients undergoing oral surgery has demonstrated significant improvements in tissue healing and regeneration, as documented by pre- and post-treatment images, including radiographs.
These results highlight the effectiveness of TissueRegen and RigenerHA in facilitating an optimal tissue healing process in the post-surgical oral region.
